CoworkNotification
A notification an app raised (cowork.notify in a widget, ctx.notify in a routine): what
cowork.onNotification hands a widget, and the args of a routine started by its
notifications trigger (deployments in .cowork/workspace.json). app is the name (as in
its cowork.json) of the app it shows as — a capability's shows as the app that uses it — and
appTitle that app's title; at is when Cowork accepted it (epoch ms).
