Using Cowork

You can install Cowork on as many of your own machines as you want. Workflows you build are yours. Workflows you install from the marketplace are licensed by their authors.

Your account

One person per account. You are responsible for what runs under it. If your laptop is lost or stolen, tell us and we will rotate your install token.

LLM use

You bring your own LLM keys (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or any provider). Their terms apply to what they receive. Cowork only relays the prompts you or your workflows produce.

What we promise

Cowork is provided as-is. We patch security issues fast and notify you in the app. We do not guarantee a specific workflow will produce a specific result — that depends on the LLM you have wired up and the data you feed it.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, you will see an in-app notice 30 days before they take effect.
